FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DO I NEED TO PRINT TICKETS OR CAN I SHOW THEM ON MY PHONE?

You do not need to print your tickets. We recommend having the booking QR code ready to speed up the check-in process. In the case that you cannot find it or your phone battery dies you can check in using the booking name or number.

CAN I ADD PARTICIPANTS ON THE DAY?

Yes, as long as we have availability you can add participants on the day. A signed waiver is required for every participant.

CAN I TRANSFER MY EXISTING BOOKING TO A DIFFERENT SESSION?

Yes, subject to availability. Click on “Manage Booking” in the e-mail received from Quicket with your tickets.

CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKETS TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes, as long as the person brings the booking QR code and has signed our waiver. Please note once bookings QR codes are checked in cannot be re-scanned.

CAN I GET A REFUND ON A PRE-PURCHASED TICKET?

All sales are final. However, you are able to reschedule to another session, subject to availability, via Quicket.

I’LL BE WEARING MY INFANT; DO THEY REQUIRE A TICKET?

We do not recommend going inside the course with a very young infant worn/in a carrier as you will need to climb/crawl/slide and bounce. Nevertheless, if you decide to do so, it is at your own risk.

CAN I BUY TICKETS ON-SITE OR ARE THEY ONLY AVAILABLE ONLINE?

We recommend booking online to avoid disappointment. However, tickets might be available at the door, availability dependent. Sessions do often sell out in advance. If you cannot find a session online it means it is full.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

At Tuff Nutterz all ages are welcome but we do not recommend children under the age of 2.

Adults are welcome to join the fun, just be mindful of the little kids and families around you,

Under 5’s require a free accompanying parent/carer. Just select the toddler ticket when booking for little ones.

Responsible adults MUST remain within the premises for all minors (under 16 years old).

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

We recommend arriving around 30 minutes before the session to check-in at the ticket office. Please have your booking QR ready to scan and your waivers signed beforehand. We will then exchange your tickets for wristbands so you are ready to enter your session at your scheduled time.

WHAT IF I'M LATE?

You are welcome to join your session at any time, however, your session will not be extended further than the original ending time.

 
DO ALL CHILDREN NEED TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT?

No, only children under 5 years old MUST be accompanied by an adult (+18).

Children over 5 years old can go inside unaccompanied. Parents are welcome to join the fun. Tickets and signed waivers will be required for every person entering the inflatables.

I'M TAKING MY KIDS BUT I'M NOT PLAYING, DO I NEED A TICKET?

Spectators are welcome to attend without a ticket. However, if you want to enter any of our inflatable attractions along with your children you will require your own individual ticket.

For safety, we do require that any kids under 5 are always accompanied by a parent/carer. Purchase the toddler ticket and it will include 1 adult ticket for free.

WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR TO TAKE PART?

The only restriction we have is ‘no shoes’. We highly recommend wearing tread grip socks and active wear and bringing a spare set of clothes.

 
WILL MY SESSION STILL BE ON IF IT'S RAINING?

We are a rain or shine event and we will not let some light rain stop the fun. We recommend checking the local weather report in advance of your session and dressing appropriately. Take extra care if surfaces are slippery. We highly recommend grip tread socks. Participate at your own risk.

 

The safety of our customers and staff comes first and in the case of thunderstorms, heavy rain, strong winds or other adverse weather conditions that would pose a risk we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel or alter elements of the event or individual sessions. When a session is cancelled/postponed, customers will automatically receive a gift card to rebook at their convenience. We keep a close eye on the weather and will communicate any changes as soon as we can to ticket holders via email, SMS, or the Facebook event page.

DO THE INFLATABLES GET HOT IN THE SUN?

Tuff Nutterz is an outdoor event that takes place all year round. That is why we have specially designed our obstacle course to have shaded roof cloths to keep prevent the PVC from getting too hot. We advise all participants to dress appropriately, stay hydrated and apply sunscreen.

 
IS THERE ANY WATER INVOLVED?

We are an outdoor event, so the weather will affect the condition of the inflatables and surroundings. During hot days we might include some form of water into the fun and on or after a rainy day inflatables will get wet. Take extra care if surfaces are slippery. It is recommended to wear socks with grip tread soles and bring a towel and change of clothes. Participate at your own risk.

WILL THE EVENT BE EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED?

Our goal is always to deliver the full Tuff Nutterz experience. On rare occasions, this may not be possible due to unforeseen issues. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to alter, substitute or withdraw individual elements of the event. Where possible we will communicate this in advance.

IS PARKING FREE?

We do not charge for parking at any of our events.

WILL THERE BE FOOD VENDORS?

Yes, we will have a variety of food trucks and there will be Halaal options.

ARE THERE ANY TABLES AND CHAIRS?

There will be grandstands and some shaded seating areas, but those are often very popular so feel free to bring along picnic blankets or collapsible chairs and any form of shade. We would also recommend a hat and sunglasses for spectators.

CAN I TAKE A CAMERA INSIDE THE OBSTACLE COURSE?

Sure thing! We love checking your pics on social media after the event! Just keep it safe and secure so you don’t lose it inside.

IS THERE A WEIGHT LIMIT?

Our manufacturer recommends a maximum weight of 100KG. Enter at your own risk.

I’M PREGNANT. CAN I STILL BOUNCE?

Whilst we do allow those who are pregnant to take part, you do so at your own discretion. Be mindful that the surface of any inflatables can be unpredictable, and you may lose your footing at points.

CAN I BRING MY DOG/PET?

As much as we love our furry friends this is a pet free event. Unfortunately you will have to leave your pets at home.

HOW DO I CONTACT LOST & FOUND?

All turned-in lost and found items can be picked up during event hours for the duration of the event. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity after that.
